The Launching of Kapehan Sa Isla: “Istorya ta Uy”... 

There will be a Kapehan Sa Isla: dubbed as “Istorya ta Uy” which will be held on September 10, 2019, 2:00 PM at the old SP Session Hall. The topic will be the transportation’s issues and concerns which focus on the tariff of the tricycle.

Transportation association presidents of the three districts; IGaCoS Consumers Association; two senior high journalist students per district; at three commuters per district, and one senior citizen chapter president per district.

The purpose of this “Kapehan Sa Isla: Istorya ta Uy” is to establish a venue to obtain deeper engagement with stakeholders, constituents, and concern agencies. It is an interactive gathering where audiences are given the chance to ask questions to the panelists. It is an excellent avenue to address and discuss issues and concerns that may contribute to the development of the city.

LGU-IGACOS SPORTSFEST 2019...

The city government officials and employees kicked off its annual sports competition dubbed as “Sharing up through Fitness and Sports” which was highlighted by a street dance parade of the four competing teams on September 2, 2019. The parade starts from City Hall ground to Penaplata Market ended at Multi-purpose Gymnasium Penaplata where some competition being held.
