To all individuals/ corporation/ investors who are intending to acquire land properties in the Island Garden City of Samal, please be advised that you are encouraged to deal with Land Developers who are registered at the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB). Further, interested buyers of lot/s in Samal Island are advised to consult first with the City Planning and Development Office for proper guidance and information regarding the future use of their lands.

COVID-19 EXECUTIVE ORDERS

As we celebrate the 22nd Founding Anniversary of the city, this marked also the celebration of success of LGU-Samal to establish a new 'home' for the people who worked hard to give an efficient and effective public services to the Samaleños. The New City Hall project is on its way to completion as finishing touches were being done now. Also, the Fishlanding Facility project is to boost the economic activity among fisherfolks in the island.

Sen. Christopher "Bong" Go, Philip Salvador and Robin Padilla spiced up the celebration with their presence during the program at Freedom Park, Samal District.
