Notice To The Public...

To all individuals/ corporation/ investors who are intending to acquire land properties in the Island Garden City of Samal, please be advised that you are encouraged to deal with Land Developers who are registered at the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB). Further, interested buyers of lot/s in Samal Island are advised to consult first with the City Planning and Development Office for proper guidance and information regarding the future use of their lands.

COVID-19 EXECUTIVE ORDERS

The LGU- Samal took another move to trigger economic development by eyeing on three (3) priority projects for future development, namely the Labuto Peak, Bito Depression and Freedom Park. During the joint meeting, Mayor Uy emphasized on his opening message the aim of the city government to promote local tourism to the people. " Ilado na ang mga beach sa Samal, so ang gusto nako karon nga ang interior ang makita... kay ang Samal naay humayan, naa mi forestlands, naa mi hills, mountain ridges, so mao tong gusto nako i-showcase hopefully...", he said.

Prior to the event,the provincial government of Davao del Norte highlighted the prioritization of eco-agri tourism development and peace and order to surge ahead the economy of the province.
