The Executive and Legislative Agenda are an effective synergy and teamwork between forces of government at the levels of both executive and legislative branches. It serves as a roadmap or guide of the present administration for the next three years.

During the formulation of executive and legislative agenda, it was vigorously crafted and determines which of the top priorities are the most urgent projects and programs implementable for the next three years.

It is the result of the consultation efforts of both government branches after the consultation with various stakeholders.

“This executive and legislative agenda is our guide to implement projects and programs including the manner of execution and evaluation of the set targets.” City Vice Mayor Richard A. Guindolman said.

The city promotes the environmental-friendly and ensuring resiliency businesses, thus, the local government gearing up to address the identified few major concerns during the formulation of ELA and these are the increasing demand in water supply, strengthen proper waste disposal and segregation, and provide better roads access for both Samaleños, local and foreign tourists.

The 2019-2022 executive and legislative agenda have the development objectives on social, economic, infrastructure, Environment/ecosystem, and Administrative Support.
